STRUCTURAL FEATURES:
◇The rolls are made of chilled cast iron with vanadium and titanium alloys. The roll face is hard and anti-wear. To heat up or cool down, the rolls are either circumferentially drilled or centrally bored so as to make the temperature well proportioned on the roll surface.
◇The machine is equipped with a hydraulic relief device. When an emergent accident happens, just press down the button and the machine will stop immediately. It is safe and reliable.
◇The machine adopts electric nip regulating device that provides easy operation.
◇Bearings for the rolls are double-row ball bearings, which are convenient for maintenance and have a longer service life.
◇The transmission system may adopt a hard facing gear reducer, which has a compacted structured with high transmission efficiency, lower noise and longer service life.
